A simple UTR forwarding station and the UTR Universal conveyor let our products pass overhead to the downstream processing steps. Your products will be conveyed smudge-free – no more overlaps, and no more rubbing between surfaces.
For transport, the UTR gripper always grips the product in the centre. So varying product widths no longer matter.

With their wide swivel range, the grippers can pick up thin products as well as thick products, either as single or multiple copies, for targeted transfer to any process down the conveyor line, and pick them up again in full production flow – with maximum flexibility, and always under full control.

With the single gripper technology an perfect processing flow is realised – even for Italian formats.

Whether 2 x 8 pages or 4 x 20 pages delivered head first, thanks to the processing conveyor technology products are always under control. Secure and reliable product pick-up at all times. The same single gripper conveyor will turn the product 90° before the trimming drum SNT-U. Directions are changed from head first to spine first. After the gripper on the spine is closed the second gripper on the head opens.

We do not have uncontrolled bump turns.
